Ordering

All efforts will be made to ship your jewelry within 10 business days but most will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment. Contact us if you need earlier delivery.

Shipping

Your jewelry will be shipped via UPS. A shipping fee of $5.95 will be added to your order unless total exceeds $500.00. Therefore no delivery fees will apply.

Repairs

Your jewelry is guaranteed up to 3 months of purchase under *normal wear and tear. After 3 months, your jewelry will be repaired at a nominal fee. If you need a piece repaired, Contact Us!

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are permitted within 15 business days of purchase when accompanied with the original receipt and box. The returned item must be in its original condition, unused and unworn, without alteration and including tags. There are no returns on custom pieces, special orders or sale items. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All returns must be insured for their full value. We will not be responsible for uninsured jewelry lost in the mail. Credits and refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment.

Layaway Policy

For merchandise to be placed on layaway there must be a 15% non-refundable down payment and a monthly payment must be made to keep item/items in layaway. Failure to make monthly payments will mean the merchandise is returned to stock. A credit for any amount paid over the 15% restocking fee and any cost of alterations.

Sales Tax

All customers will be charge a 6.5% sales tax.
